crossfit subzero will be closing august 31st and we as a company will no longer be a crossfit affiliate. we will be maintaining the space at 221 bay street and we are currently examining business models that are more personal training and program design based. we would like to thank our amazing coaching team for being just that, and all of our members that decided to call subzero home, it all couldn’t have happened without you. coach Andrea and myself are both excited for what’s to come and look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your future health and fitness goals.

Conditioning:

“THE AIR FORCE WOD”

For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

Men will use a 115lb barbell. Women will use 75lbs. Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once an he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. There is a 20min cap.
