Subzero’s workout of the day class 6 or 7 class times a day taught by entire coaching team.
Subzeros 1-hour class with barbell movements only and maybe a 5-minute “cookie” at the end. taught by Bobby, Isaias Tuesday nights at 8pm
Crossfit Subzero’s signature brand of strength and conditioning geared towards zeros that are 50+ taught by Bobby Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm
1 hour class with programmed and coached mobility drills and positions. Taught by Sugar, Isaias and Carlo.
